CQG, a leading global provider of high-performance technology solutions for traders, brokers, commercial hedgers, and exchanges, has rolled out a new version of its desktop platform.
CQG Desktop Version 7.1 comes with a raft of enhancements:
General
- Added a font size toggle for Quoteboard and Quoteboard 2
- Improved searching for columns in Manage columns dialog for grids
- Added a lock pointer tools mode for chart for mobile mode
HMS/OTC
- Publish Bids & Offers Widget – added futures net change
- Publish Bids & Offers Widget – added RTD status icon for contract groups
CQG also hints at some future enhancements. The developers plan to add Algo Analytics Widget in CQG One soon.
CQG regularly updates its platforms. CQG Desktop Version 6.8 offers new category filters for the manage columns dialog in QSS/Spreadsheet Trader. CQG Desktop will now detect the system language and will show yesterday’s net change for end-of-day data symbols.
The Publish Bids & Offers widget has added sorting by locations, as well as filter options for ‘All’ and ‘None’ for filtering by location in the Download Bids & Offers report.
New columns for source symbols have also been added.
Traders can now make use of improved fast search in the Add Tab dialog for HMS widgets.
In one of the recent releases, the platform introduced a new scrolling ticker quoteboard. Also, if traders double-click on Bid/Ask in QSS, this will open the trading popup; buy on bid, sell on ask. In addition, the platform now offers expanded timezone browser support in more locales to accommodate 24hr formats.
