State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT) today announced that Insights, the firm’s research platform that offers clients proprietary research, exclusive data-driven indicators and the latest market commentary from the firm’s team of global macro strategists, will begin to roll-out a broad range of new tools and functionalities in 2022 and into 2023.
Insights keeps clients up-to-date with market views and on-demand analytics supported by State Street’s award-winning research and daily indicators of flow, risk, inflation and sentiment.
“We’ve been incredibly pleased how clients have responded to and engaged with our research and our internal strategists since we first unveiled the Insights platform last year,” said Anthony Bisegna, executive vice president and head of State Street Global Markets. “We understand that clients continue to be inundated with data and research every day, so our goal continues to be focused on making sure we are not just delivering content to our clients, but ensuring we are providing them perspectives they cannot get anywhere else.”
Clients that are currently on the Insights platform can expect to see a variety of new tools and functionality deployed over the next twelve to eighteen months, including:
- Deeper, highly interactive web portal
Insights’ current web portal will become even more interactive, hosting live webinars with renowned academics and introducing tools to allow clients to further overlay indicators on multi-asset portfolio strategies and test against market performance in real-time.
- AI-powered recommendations
In addition to providing users with personalized suggestions based on the content they search for and engage with, in the coming months new AI and machine learning powered technology will be incorporated into the current system. These new tools will ensure that the most interesting trends are flagged across ever broader market segments for State Street clients in a timely fashion.
- Mobile experience
State Street will be rolling out a mobile version of Insights that will make it even easier and more convenient for clients to access and engage with its offerings.
“We have been thrilled with the response from our clients over the past year, and are pleased to be introducing these important tools and updates,” said Will Kinlaw, head of Research at State Street Global Markets. “The Insights platform was built largely around our client’s feedback, and we are excited to further enhance the platform and continue to deliver to our clients unique ideas for their portfolio construction, risk management and investment strategies.”
