Recently, the FXVC platform has voluntarily relinquished its CySEC license in Cyprus and announced that it will no longer provide/carry out investment services or conduct commercial transactions from March.
According to the FXVC website, FXVC has voluntarily decided to give up its CySEC CySEC CIF license number 238/14 from January 20, 2022, and has stopped providing investment services on February 28, 2022. If investors have not closed their positions before the end of February 28, the platform has also set up automatic liquidation. Currently, the platform states that it does not accept any new customers.
It can be seen from the CySEC official website of Cyprus that the CIF license with the authorization number 238/14 has been displayed as “cancellation”. It is worth noting that another website of the FXVC platform https://www.fxvc.com/int can still be opened, and the website has not issued a notice on the suspension of investment services. According to the investigation, the main body of the website currently holds a Seychelles FSA regulatory license.
