Online broker eToro has reduced the minimum trade size for stocks, crypto and ETFs to $10.
The company explains that the change aims to make its investment platform more accessible and user-friendly. eToro also prides itself on listening to its community and implementing requested changes wherever possible. One frequent request it received from its clients was for this, so now the minimum trade sizes on eToro have been reduced to $10 for all Stocks, ETFs and Cryptoassets, and to $500 for Smart Portfolios (excluding Top Trader Smart Portfolios).
The full breakdown of the minimum trade sizes for all asset classes can be viewed here.
Let’s note that, earlier in December, eToro activated 65 new stocks and ETFs for investing, bringing the total number of assets offered on the platform to well over 3,000. And, in November, the broker expanded its cryptoasset offering by adding CELO.
